Determine

Start by assessing your unique packaging needs, including temperature, moisture, handling and holding requirements.
Consider whether your product is made-to-order and how it will be presented, as well as key elements like stain resistance, heat retention, and fit.

Talk to a Fischer
Representative
After identifying your performance needs, consult with a Fischer representative. We will guide you through the customization process and gather details for a solution tailored to your needs.

Proposal and Quote
We’ll provide a packaging proposal, including product specifications, inventory needs, logistics, and a development timeline.
Our team will deliver a proposal and quote within a few days. Rush service may be available upon request.

Submit Artwork
Once you’re ready to move forward with your project, simply send us your artwork and logos for layout. Our Graphics team will work with you to help your vision for the product come alive.

Design, Prototype and
Sample Testing
Once specifications are finalized and your Pantone samples are spot-on, you’ll also receive an inkjet proof showing the layout of your design for review and approval. To help you visualize the finished product, we craft hand samples that mirror the final look and feel. This stage allows for quick refinements, ensuring your packaging not only meets but exceeds expectations before moving into production.

Production and
Quality Check
Once every detail is approved and your purchase order is placed, we schedule production with confidence.
Our rigorous quality process and Perfect Order Performance standard ensure accuracy and consistency—so your packaging arrives on time, on brand, and exactly as promised.

Supply Chain Fulfillment
and Delivery
Once production is complete, your order is ready for pickup or shipment to its final destination. For some of our chain customers, we provide a floor stocking option for delivery to multiple distribution centers.
