Sometimes packaging can satisfy more than just functional needs. In the case of a certain limited-service restaurant (LSR) chain, they wanted their bags and wraps to work a little bit harder—and help with marketing.
Using the very same packaging, Fischer helped this LSR turn their bags into a print advertising medium. Thinking beyond simple branding with a logo, the team demonstrated that the packaging could help tell a variety of brand stories—from the company’s history or a celebration of their menu items to QR code promotions. Anything that could be printed was possible.
Once the LSR’s marketing team decided on the concept, Fischer went to work—making sure the final designs were dynamic, legible and high-quality. The result was a product that not only packaged food, it successfully marketed a brand.
